Fashion x Art Edit #1
As we head into Spring and start to remove layers, let’s get inspired by Georgia O’Keeffe vibrant colors.
O’Keeffe is most famous for her rendering of New Mexico’s landscapes where she spent most of her life, but also for her modern still lives focusing on flowers.
Although some of her works can remind one of the female sex organs, she claimed it was never her intention and viewers have their own interpretation of her works. So here is my fashion interpretation of Hibiscus with Plumeria, (1939).
Indeed, bold colors are everywhere this season, and color blocking is certainly having a moment (as seen on influencers like Nina Sandbech), here I have compiled two bold looks to mix and match – scroll for a more budget friendly option.
